- Payments and Registration
Registrations and payments can be done by booking on our website:
The study materials for Level 1 and Level 2 Qualifications in Wines will be sent to the
the address in mainland Portugal that the student put on the registration form up to 5 working days after the validation of the validation of registration and payment.
If the materials are returned due to non-receipt at the indicated address, additional shipping costs will be charged.
For students outside Continental Portugal the cost of the materials delivery will be indicated for each case.
Participation in the exam is only possible with a valid proof of identity such as a passport.
If no valid photo ID can be shown before the exam then the candidate will not be admitted for the exam and a new exam will be requested at the candidate’s expense.
On all courses run by Plansel International Wine school wines will be served which contain
alcohol and potentially allergenic compounds such as sulphites. Plansel International Wine school accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions related to the tasting and consumption of wine.
- Data Release
You consent to pass personal details by Plansel International Wine school to the WSET (London),
including name, date of birth and email address. Hereby you also give The WSET permission to contact you directly.
Plansel International Wine school has the following policies which may be requested:

-Special Consideration Policy.
If the student has any special needs inform Plansel International Wine school at the time of registration, and no later than four weeks before the exam.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS WSET COURSES
1. cancellation by the student
The student must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing of intention of cancellation. Plansel International Wine school will confirm receipt of the request within 2 business days.

Without confirmation of acceptance of Plansel International Wine school there will be no right to a refund. The amount will be deducted with an administrative fee being the value of the study materials and respective shipping costs if these have already been sent.
If you wish to reschedule the same course to another date no costs are involved.
The registration can also be transferred to another student, as long as you send this request by email (email@example.com) until the registration deadline,
Plansel International Wine school will confirm the new registration registration as soon as the new registration form from the student is received.. In the event that
study materials have not yet been sent, Plansel International Wine school will send them to
the new student. If the study materials have already been sent, it is the responsibility of the previous student to get them to the new student.
2. In case of cancellation by the student after the registration deadline
The student can no longer request cancellation or a refund.
If the cancellation is due to circumstances such as illness, accident, change of residence or pregnancy, after the deadline of the exam the same course can be rescheduled with a fee of 50% to another date or place.
3. In the event of postponement or cancellation by Plansel International Wine school
days prior to the course start date if there is not a minimum number of students, or due to exceptional circumstances. If the course is postponed, Plansel International Wine school will inform the candidates about the new dates.
In the event of cancellation, the candidate will receive a full refund of the registration fee if the study materials are returned to Plansel International Wine school or they will receive a refund of the registration fee minus the value of the study materials if you keep them.
